Once the profile is known, a specialized counselor defines the searching strategy and begins to contact one by one the executives in all the organizations where it is considered that the potential candidate might exist, in any country of the world.


KNOWING THE COMPANY AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Our counselors will understand the position's characteristics and the person who is required; also, they will help to define it, will elaborate with the customer a company, position and searched candidate's profile.

REPORTS

The customer gets detailed reports of each of the finalist candidates, in a meeting where doubts can be clarified and comments can be shared.

CANDIDATES SELECTION

The candidates that meet the requirements will be invited to take specialized evaluations, based on critical incidents, competence, knowledge maps, achievements and results. A 360 degree research of his/her background and labor references is carried out, to confirm his/her aptitudes, personal characteristics and values.

RECRUITMENT AND GUARANTEES

Finally our customer interviews the candidates presented, to decide the ideal recruitment. SAMPER HEAD HUNTING will collaborate, if necessary, settling a satisfactory final agreement for both parts.


SAMPER HEAD HUNTING warrants for a determined time, to replace him/her, in case of disagreement of both sides (customer – candidate), with no additional cost to the contracting company.
